what makes this manga so great is how universal i can recommend it. i would say this is a good read for my gooner, online-only friend who texts me on Discord as well as a good read for my reitred, cigarette-smoking mom.


the manga captures the slice-of-life feeling so well in a cozy cafe that appears to weary people when they are in need and the cat barista always knows what they need, no menu required.

in volume 2, you get to meet the barista's dog friend who is a patisserie! he plays as a goof to the cat's professionalism and makes for good jokes in the story when they have to interact with customers. i also think he looks like my friend's fursona, which is exacerbated by the fact thier personalites even match!
